Cancellation Policy:
For reservations made seven (7) days or more before the arrival date, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the arrival date. After this time, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. For bookings made less than seven (7) days before the arrival date, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival date. After this time, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Amazing hotel! Very friendly staff and nothing is to much trouble! Rooms bathrooms are both very clean, We left our bags here for 3 days when we went on a tour of halong bay, and decided to check back in for another 3 nights as we loved it so much!
